It looks like async_star_await_for_test on the dart2js-win-chrome bot oscillates between flaky -> RuntimeError and RuntimeError -> flaky on unrelated cls.

/cc @athomas - in case this is something to address with the flakiness detection at the infra level.

This test is now consistently failing on dart2js (as well as the VM). We may need to check this test for correctness.

This test is also oscillating between flaky <--> RuntimeError for the dart2js-linux-chrome bot and the dartdevk-checked-win-release-chrome bot.
