Include some kind of memory for clarifying questions - both for quick mode and deep research

• should be "smart". for example, a "time range" and other things like it should always be asked
• BUT, the definition of some term should not be asked repeatedly

We should have some system to "remember" / "learn" the answer which was provided to the same clarification question already by the user sometime back.

Maybe a good system for this is to prompt the user if they want this information updated in some "memory" – where the memory is the glossary. Maybe something on the UI?
