Bring Back older versions of Container missing

Problem Statement

The Bring Back option on Containers History tab is no longer there as of version 24 and up.

Steps to Reproduce

In a QA Environment or the demo environment.

1. Go to the Containers portlet
2. Open a Container
3. Make some changes and save.
4. Go back to the container listing
5. Publish the container
6. Go back into the container and click the History tab
7. Bring Back is not an option for the older version

Video includes steps, as well as showing version 23 where this option was still available.
