Net9 Maui App Rendering Blank Screen on Android 10

Description

We understand that Net9 is not fully tested against older versions of Android, but Net8 had a critical issue when apps were brought out of the background that required us to upgrade. Our app now works well on newer Android versions, but on Android 10 just renders a blank screen. The issue sounds very similar to this even though this is for hybrid apps:

We're stuck as going back to Net8 would reintroduce a critical issue, but Net9 seems to be broken on these devices. Is Net9 expected to work on these devices? Any workarounds/troubleshooting I should try?

Tested on a Pico VR headset and the Pixel 7 emulator.
