Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new BOM
2. add any items as raw materials
3. Set a negative quantity for the BOM (quantity of item obtained after manufacturing)
4. Save it, and then submit it

Expected result: The system blocks the saving, with indication that negative BOM quantity is not possible
Actual result: The system allows saving, submitting it afterwards is also possible
