Steps to reproduce

1. Go to work order and create a new one
2. Add the mandatory attributes (item, source-, target-warehouse)
3. Go to configuration
4. Set actual end date that is earlier than actual start date
5. Save

Expected result: Saving should not be possible
Actual result: Saving is possible
