Improve User Feedback to Show a Warning That We Can't Accept Feedbacks When We Can Detect Ad Blocker *Before Submission

Problem

Today, we let users know that we can't successfully submit/accept feedbacks from Ad Blocker after a user has typed out a feedback message and hit "Submit" AFAIK. We should prevent the user from doing unnecessary work and present a message on the feedback widget (before submission) that we can't accept feedbacks while Ad Blocker is turned on, and possibly disable the feedback message input in this case too.
