Package Gridcoin-Research as Flatpak

Describe the Feature Request
Create Flatpak packaging of Gridcoin-Research. Pop!_OS and other Linux OS automatically incorporate Flatpak software in their stores (Pop!_Shop, etc). Gridcoin doesn't currently have a presence on Pop!_OS and is a barrier to discovery and install.

Describe Preferred Solution
Create Flatpak packaging of Gridcoin-Research for Flathub.

Describe Alternatives
Determine why and how to get Gridcoin-Research in the Pop!_OS apt repository. The Pop!_OS roadmap states it is importing 3rd party packages - https://support.system76.com/articles/roadmap/

It's been a couple of years since I looked into this, and it is worth revisiting. If the cmake changes are all done and successful, that's the best time to play with new packaging.
