New grml-console package

An idea was born this week: have a new "grml-console" package, and a "grml-console-full" package. Both should be uploaded to Debian main.

Needs a good thought on how to make it acceptable for Debian main, acceptable for us for long term maintenance, and what the surface of these packages should be.

Rough direction: "grml-console" should be minimal and installable on servers, "grml-console-full" should bring in additional dependencies (example: fzf) and provide a more fully featured "Grml Console Experience".

"grml-etc-core" and "grml-scripts-core" should then go away. The Grml Live ISOs should install grml-console on GRML_SMALL and grml-console-full on GRML_FULL.

As discussed in person, I love this idea and am all for it, let's do this!
