Add buffer file explorer

oil.nvim is my favorite explorer and I basically can't use helix without that.

It allows you to create/move/rename files just as if you were editing text file.

I could work on it as a plug-in. Because I don't know if this would fit as a core feature. This seems like a nice project. But I don't know how the plug-ins support looks now.

So if someone with greater knowledge of the project would give me an advice if making this as a plug-in would work I would be grateful.
