Refactor our documentation-focused components to leverage ShadCN/UI primitives for consistent styling and maintainability.

Components to Complete:
DocTable.tsxHeadlines.tsxjsonSchemaLinks.tsTesting & Cleanup:
Adjust unit and visual tests to cover the new ShadCN/UI components
Remove any deprecated test cases or snapshots for old implementations
