Edit css for active tab

I would like to know if there is a way to edit css for tabs module. For example I need to modify the css for the active tab and the ul li items. Can you provide me with an example please?

Thanks for your comments. You can modify the CSS for active tab by-
.tabs__tab.active modifying the CSS for this class anywhere in your code.

Also, what exactly do you mean by ul li elements?
