[Bug] eslint dependencies not compatible

While setting up the project and running npm install, I get the below:

Can someone please help in resolving the issue.

Also, I am not able to find any steps for running and testing it locally after dev. I am slightly new to node and react, some guidelines would be appreciated. I basically want to add some more indicators and overlay tools to the chart.
