[Docs] Inconsistencies in Workspace Documentation

Description
There are two inconsistencies in the Workspace documentation that may confuse users:

1. Conflict in Design Assignment
   In the "Designs" section, it says:

• "Same design can be assigned to multiple workspaces."
  but immediately below, the alert box says:
• "Designs belong to only one Workspace at any given time."

2. Conflict in Team Assignment
   In the "Workspace Relationships and Restrictions" section, it says:

• "One or more teams can be assigned to a workspace."
• "Same team can be assigned to multiple workspaces."

But then it also says:

• "A team can be assigned to a workspace only if the team is not already assigned to another workspace."
