Currently there are 4 installation routines covering

  1. install.sh - autotools
  2. install-cmake.sh - cmake
  3. install-cmakepresets.sh - cmake presets (simplification/prepopulation of some configuration options, non-binding restriction)
  4. build.cmd - scripted msvc build

These could be

  1. renamed consistently
  2. reduced to represent the 3 toolchains or 2 platforms
