Actually bump cqlsh package version

Summary:
When building thirdparty, it uses still uses the old version cqlsh.
This is because `thirdparty/thirdparty_src_checksums.txt` is unchanged
when it should be.  Change the file, both the version number and
checksum.

This is a fix to the recent D6967, yugabyte/yugabyte-db@b4d34521ff1.

Test Plan: Ensure that a clean `./yb_build.sh` works without checksum errors.
