Is there a way of retrieving more than just the response when calling the deployed chat endpoint

Hey all,

I have deployed a prompt flow, I've connect my app to it and all is working great.
My question is, when I chat with the API, is there a way of retrieving things like token useage, request time taken and maybe some custom meta data?

All I can see in the response is the assistant streaming a reply to the question
