Add more details on how we identify CE feedback candidates based on estimates vs actual

The details for CE feedback is that it is not about estimates vs actual but the assumptions the optimize makes based on the model. So add more details on those assumptions in the slides and how we look at an execution first to decide should we apply a new model hint
