PersonCard in a Callout

I have the code: <PersonCard personQuery={params.data.RequestFor.Email} showPresence={true} /> inside a Callout.
it works fine on some of the users (mostly people that have been in company a long time)
Some of the users (mostly new people) do not show the PersonCard just a little white rhombus.

Can this be a matter of caching or something to do with Graph?

When using the PersonCard by itself configured to that user, does it work?

I did not try that. Kind of hard to test in production :-)
Can I login to my production tenant in your play ground?

Not yet... Do you see any network calls going wrong?

All are 200 and 204 (good cards and none)
I see "Error: Error: Idle tracking cookie is missing" but again for good and bad the same.
