Add a Go server to the modelcontextprotocol/servers repo.

There's not really one task here. It would ideal if we had a Go implementation for each example in mcp/servers. Two of those are already in progress, #51 and #70. Please file an issue here for one that you'd like to try, and we'll comment on it.
