How to write to already opened named pipe? Always get "ENXIO: no such device or address".

Consider a case:

• We run mpv video player and want to send command throw named pipe

dummy example

mpv --input-ipc-server=/tmp/mpv-pipe --idle=yes --msg-level=all=info

(or we can run with some video

mpv --input-ipc-server=/tmp/mpv-pipe  --msg-level=all=info  video.mp4

)

Now we can send command to MPV like that:

echo "seek 1 absolute " |  socat - /tmp/mpv-pipe

echo "seek 15 absolute " |  socat - /tmp/mpv-pipe

All works OK.

But when (after reading nodejs/node#3628 ) I tried to make it with nodejs like

const fs = require('fs');
const net = require('net');

var fd = fs.openSync('/tmp/mpv-pipe', C.O_NONBLOCK | C.O_RDWR);
//const socket = new net.Socket({ fd, readable: true, writable: true });
//socket.write('seek 20 absolute');

I got

Error: ENXIO: no such device or address, open '/tmp/mpv-pipe'

What is wrong? How should I wrote to MPV IPC pipe?
