I've gotten a report of intermittent networking issues with the maven-resource where Maven fails with this error:

Unknown host repository.ntrs.com: Name does not resolve

It seems to clear up if the host build machine is rebooted or a new version of the maven-resource is uesed, but the error inevitably comes back.
