Hi,

1.1 version of this package in pypi locks torch and torchvision dependencies: https://pypi.org/project/clip-by-openai/1.1/
e.g. torchvision==0.8.2

Newer commits to the repo remove this strict locking: db20393

Is it possible to release a new version from main branch here to pypi/pip?
