CLIP backbone make my laptop strange noises，what the hell are you doing?

ok, i run a visual object tracking called SimTrack, git url:https://github.com/LPXTT/SimTrack, whatever when i run video_demo.py in this project, it will make my laptop strange noises, like jijiji~ sound. i debug this program, i found it use backbone called ViT-B-16.pt, and it use CLIP! i commented all codes except CLIP forward backbone , it is the noise root cause!

i test almost others ten algorithms, never make noise! just this one algorithm when it forward CLIP ViT-B-16.pt backbone!
what the HELL!
any one explained? can this program make my laptop GG(go dead)?
