[doc] Missing documentation about breaking changes on 5.x

I've been trying to understand which are the breaking changes on v5, and I can't find them on Release notes, nor in Changelog.md

Are they published in some place I haven't seen?

Ah sorry all of the changes are in https://github.com/openai/openai-node/blob/master/MIGRATION.md, I'll make sure the changelog links to that file.
