For a fully-fledged mDL wallet or reader application, the current answer is to use the samples/testapp module which works on both Android and iOS.

I've tried cloning the repo and opening the root repo AND I've tried opening just the samples/testapp directory in android studio. Both won't compile. I'm assuming that I need to open the root folder because there is a base build.gradle file, but plz let me know if im missing something basic here. ive worked on a few cmp apps in the past so i was thinking itd be easy to get it running, but apparently not.

closing. had to install cocoapods
