prebid/Prebid.js#8938 specifies it as imp[].ext.prebid.floors.floorMin
Imp-Level FloorMin was implemented in Prebid Server 1.97. It's specified with imp[].ext.prebid.floors.floorMin
Documentation shows imp[].ext.prebid.data.floorMin
