Building process reports failed when build type is release

Describe the bug
When user chose "release" for build type in configurator and keep the debug serial port empty. Then the build process would failed and report "Select a hypervisor serial console port when Build type is Debug, or use Build type Release if no serial console is available."

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Choose "Release" for build type in configurator
2. Keep debug serial port empty
3. Build ACRN hypervisor
4. See error

Expected behavior
The build process should pass
