The latest LTS (OpenSSL 3.5.0) of OpenSSL was released On April 8th, 2025 and the previous LTS (OpenSSL 3.0) will continue to be fully supported until September 7, 2025, and EOL on September 7, 2026. (https://openssl-library.org/post/2025-04-08-openssl-35-final-release/)

When you ask "support" do you mean work with, or ship wheels?

Any existing cryptography version should work with 3.5, as its ABI compatible with 3.4 AFAIK?

The next major cryptography release will ship wheels that link with 3.5.
