Issue description

There are two broken links on the page:
Link 1: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/pymc/blob/mlda_all_notebooks/docs/source/notebooks/MLDA_benchmarks_tuning.ipynb
Link 2: https://github.com/alan-turing-institute/pymc/blob/mlda_all_notebooks/docs/source/notebooks/MLDA_adaptive_error_model.ipynb

Proposed solution

If someone can find where these pages have been relocated (assuming they haven't been removed), the links should be updated accordingly.
