Markdown error parsing

Hello, I have encountered some problems in using it. I would like to ask if there is any relevant solution?
To get the markdown format, I converted PPT to PDF, but I had problems with duplicate content and table errors.
I'm trying to restore this problem with an example, as shown in the following table:

Yellow indicates repeated text, and blue indicates an incorrect part of the table. Text outside the table is mistakenly considered part of the table.
I would like to ask how to solve this problem? Or is there anything I should pay attention to in the file that can solve this problem?

The main problem is insufficient table header detection. Thanks für this interesting case!
I need to add a couple of checks for improving things here, like:

• first row has a different background color than the area above
• first row has a different text color than the second row

Once this is implemented, it will require another PyMuPDF version, because the table module is part of that.

The other problem aspects need more investigation.
