pytest-xvfb not working correctly with new ubuntu image 20250420.1.0

In one of my projects that relies on pytest-xvfb for testing, it looks like pytests fail because xvfb is not started correctly by pytest-xvfb. Here is the failing run: https://github.com/AllenCell/allencell-segmenter-ml/actions/runs/14604291327/job/40969662969

I am not 100% that pytest-xvfb is causing this issue, but I am fairly certain. Please LMK if you need more information from me, thanks for the help :)

I'm confused - why here and not in the pytest-xvfb issue tracker then?

Finally got a chance to look at the logs - I doubt this is either pytest-xvfb or pytest-qt's fault. I'd suggest you run with pytest -s so you can take a look at the output, and maybe export QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1 if Qt fails to start.

Happy to reopen if the logs point out an issue with pytest-qt, but assuming the issue is elsewhere.
