TL;DR: Minor CSS issue with an ugly and easy quick-fix (overflow-y: hidden;)

What's Wrong?

Non-functional vertical scrollbars are added to the text when the browser is zoomed out from 100% view.

Steps to replicate

Go to https://api.arcade.academy/en/latest/api_docs/resources.html
Ctrl + -
Scroll down until you see image embed tiles
