一般来说，生成下载文件链接都可以指定response-content-disposition=attachment；阿里云oss和腾讯云的cos在生成文件访问URL时都支持这个功能；很多公开读的云存储空间为了安全起见，文件命名都有随机码，如果能在生成URL时指定response-content-disposition，就能在用户下载对应文件时重命名为真实文件名；这个功能非常实用，希望后续SDK能加上。

结案，在http://78re52.com1.z0.glb.clouddn.com/docs/v6/api/overview/dn/v2:download-settings.html看到，只要privateDownloadUrl时传入参数加上?attname=<file_name>即可实现下载文件重命名
