pfcount for Redis Cluster

Hello,

I wanted to see if there's a reasonpfcount is on the list of excluded commands from Redis Cluster. and if it's possible to remove it. It looks like the Redis-Py excluded commands in this repo originated from the https://github.com/redis-rs/redis-rs repo.

However, it looks like this decision to exclude pfcount has been re-evaluated and added back to the Redis Rust repo:
redis-rs/redis-rs#1565

I wanted to see if it's possible to add pfcount as allowable from Redis Cluster on this repo as well, since we are using this as our primary Python client.
