  1. Use rippled xrpl-core library: 

    Incorporate rippled 1.1.0, which provides the Ripple::xrpl_core
library with the same functionality as this library previous did.
Simplify the CMake file here to build just an example signing
application against the core library via subdirectory inclusion.
