[Manager]: update RN state on batch revert.

Whenever a batch with an index that the RN as already seen is reindexed, this indicates a batch revert took place on the L1. The following actions need to be taken:

• Flush the derivation pipeline.
• Removes all batches and associated L2 blocks above the reindexed batch.
• Update the FCS of the engine to the latest block of the previous batch.
