Toolbox and PHP-FPM containers should use images (no more heavy Dockerfile)
PHP 7.1.7 -> 7.1.8
Add soap extension
Add prestissimo
Certifications path for environment <> local
Improve user issue workaround on Linux
Improve documentation (better explanations)
Improve Docker Sync: ignore some folders by default
Add Travis CI (Linux) and AppVeyor CI (Windows)
