We document all changelogs:

each package has a CHANGELOG
https://github.com/udecode/plate/releases
Search for "Release" PR
We list breaking changes in https://github.com/udecode/plate/blob/main/BREAKING_CHANGES.md as a more convenient way
Plate packages are linked together.
