it appears in all locations when this colour palette is chosen (but not in Windows 11 mode).

Love your work!! Definitely going to contribute to your project ;-)
One very minor point - In your release notes you mention that your latest update (for 24H2) simulates the Windows 10 task bar. This is really good, but you have implemented a box around the system tray that stands out when the colour of the task bar is black. This does not appear in Microsoft Windows 10 task bar. A key issue is also that in vertical config, the box interferes with the Hide all windows button. Can you add an option to remove this box, from your implementation.
