I cannot move icons around on the bar with icons that shows up over the main taskbar after clicking on the three dots icon

I installed Explorer Patcher and I uninstalled later on on Windows 11. I do not know whether this is the cause but when I click on the three dots icon on the taskbar, I see a list of icons over the main taskbar bar and I cannot change the order of those icons, I cannot move them around. You can check what I mean on this screenshot:

This isn't something caused by EP being previously installed.

Thanks. I think that link does not describe exactly the same issue. In my case I can move icons around on the taskbar. The place where I cannot move them around is on the overflow menu.
