  1. Remove the ability to return a window or frame from execute script 

    This has not been implemented in any webdriver implementation
and so is being lifted to Level 2.

  2. Remove the configurability of the user prompt behaviour 

    This is not implemented in two separate implementations of
webdriver. Punting to level 2, but specifying unconfigurable
default behaviour for handling user prompts.
