Update the latest gateway address to the Package

In this PR, I manually added the latest gateway address to protocol-contracts/data/addresses.testnet.json locally, but I forgot to add the latest dependency package that includes the gateway address. Therefore, I now need a new package containing the gateway address so that I can update the dependency.

@lukema95 I've published a pre-release version on npm that should contain gateway addresses:
