S3cmd is a free command line tool and client for uploading, retrieving and managing data in Amazon S3 and other cloud storage service providers that use the S3 protocol, such as Google Cloud Storage. DB Browser for SQLite (DB4S) is a high quality, visual, open source tool to create, design, and edit database files compatible with SQLite. DB4S is for users and developers who want to create, search, and edit databases. DB4S uses a familiar spreadsheet-like interface, and complicated SQL commands do not have to be learned. This program is not a visual shell for the sqlite command line tool, and does not require familiarity with SQL commands. It is a tool to be used by both developers and end users, and must remain as simple to use as possible in order to achieve these goals. Import and export records as text, import and export tables from/to CSV files, import and export databases from/to SQL dump files, issue SQL queries and inspect the results, examine a log of all SQL commands issued by the application, plot simple graphs based on table or query data. -

pdfsandwich generates "sandwich" OCR pdf files, i.e. pdf files which contain only images (but no editable text) will be processed by optical character recognition (OCR) and the text will be added to each page invisibly "behind" the images. pdfsandwich is a command line tool which is supposed to be useful to OCR scanned books or journals. It is able to recognize the page layout even for multicolumn text. Essentially, pdfsandwich is a wrapper script which calls the following binaries: convert, unpaper, tesseract, gs, and hocr2pdf (if tesseract < 3.03). It is known to run on Unix systems and has been tested on Linux and MacOS X. It supports parallel processing on multiprocessor systems. Command-line sql JDBC tool
jdbc2csv is a small command-line tool written in JAVA and can be used on all platforms, for which JRE 8 or higher is available. To connect to a specific DBMS the tool uses its JDBC driver. The result of the executed 'select' query is displayed in CSV format ( different standards are supported ). When there is an error the tool stops with exit code 1 and the error message is output on stderr. jdbc2csv is created with a main purpose to be used in shell-scripts. Relatively easy to configurate, this tool is suitable for queries ‘select’, ‘update’ and ‘delete’. I think that is not suitable for a large number of requests, like 'insert'. -

Testing TLS/SSL encryption anywhere on any port
testssl.sh is a free command-line tool that checks a server's service on any port for the support of TLS/SSL ciphers, protocols as well as recent cryptographic flaws and more. testssl.sh is free and open-source software. You can use it under the terms of GPLv2, please review the License before using it. Works for Linux, Mac OSX, FreeBSD, NetBSD and WSL/MSYS2/Cygwin out of the box, no need to install or configure something, no gems, CPAN, pip or the like. OpenBSD only needs bash to be postinstalled. You can test any SSL/TLS enabled and STARTTLS service, not only webservers at port 443. Several command line options help you to run your test and configure your output. If a particular check cannot be performed because of a missing capability on your client side, you'll get a warning. You can look at the code, see what's going on and you can change it. -

csv2odf can convert csv data to formatted spreadsheets and documents.
csv2odf can create business intelligence reports from csv data sources with output to ods, odt, html, xlsx, or docx documents. It uses a template file that you design to control the layout, fonts, and colors. Just query your database with output to csv (or tsv), then use csv2odf to insert the data into your template to produce a nice looking formatted output. It is a command line tool and you can automate the generation of reports by using scripts and cron. It can be used to create spreadsheets and documents for LibreOffice, OpenOffice, Microsoft Office Excel and Word. cline
Command line tool for counting source code lines
cline is a command line tool that counts code lines or non-whitespace characters in your project folder. It is designed to recursively find any source file matching specific rules and count the line breaks within that file. You may specify file suffixes to include or exclude as well as regular expressions for code lines that shall be excluded (e.g. to exclude comments). By default a heuristic algorithm skips binary files. You may configure the restrictiveness of this algorithm with command line options.
