A modern approach for Computer Vision on the web
The tracking.js library brings different computer vision algorithms and techniques into the browser environment. By using modern HTML5 specifications, we enable you to do real-time color tracking, face detection and much more, all that with a lightweight core (~7 KB) and intuitive interface. To get started, download the project. This project includes all of the tracking.js examples, source code dependencies you'll need to get started. Unzip the project somewhere on your local drive. The package includes an initial version of the project you'll be working with. While you're working, you'll need a basic HTTP server to serve your pages. Test out the web server by loading the finished version of the project. The main goal of tracking.js is to provide those complex techniques in a simple and intuitive way on the web. The Simple Medical Imaging Library Interface (SMILI), pronounced 'smilie', is an open-source, light-weight and easy-to-use medical imaging viewer and library for all major operating systems. The main sMILX application features for viewing n-D images, vector images, DICOMs, anonymizing, shape analysis and models/surfaces with easy drag and drop functions. It also features a number of standard processing algorithms for smoothing, thresholding, masking etc. images and models, both with graphical user interfaces and/or via the command-line. The applications are all built out of a uniform user-interface framework that provides a very high level (Qt) interface to powerful image processing and scientific visualisation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit (ITK) and Visualisation Toolkit (VTK). itom - an Open Source Measurement, Automation and Evaluation Software
itom is an open source software suite for operating measurement systems, laboratory automation and data evaluation. One main application of itom is the development and operation of sensor and measurement system for instance in a laboratory environment. Therefore, the software has to be able to communicate with a wide range of different hardware systems, such as cameras or actuators and should provide a diversified and as complete as possible set of evaluation and data processing methods. Additionally, the rapid prototyping of modern measurement and inspection setups requires a system, where parameters or components can easily be changed at runtime, necessitating the availability of an embedded scripting language. Finally, when operating a measurement system, it is also desirable to extend the graphical user interface by system adapted dialogs and windows. Built using Kulina Graphics Library (kglib) and the companion development tool 'kgdevelop', 'kgclock' has very few other dependencies. However Kulina Graphics depends on Graphic Magick for its image processing components. Hence Kulina Graphics depends on Graphic Magick and its dependencies. Kulina Graphics Libray and kgdevelop are available for free download. The binary file for 'kgclock' is statically linked with kulina graphic library and its dependencies and hence should work for any 64bit Linux distribution. A tarball for binary and another source tarball are provided. Also provided is a .deb package which can be installed using 'dpkg -i <package>'. The binary tarball should work for any 64 bit Linux distribution. If one prefers to build from source one need to install Kulina Graphics also. One specialty of 'kgclock' its low cpu usage, after one minute it is negligible. -

Library to support quantitative analysis of radiotherapy data

The RTToolbox was designed following object-oriented design principles and was implemented in the language C++. It supports the import of radiotherapy data (e.g. dose distributions and structure sets) from DICOM-RT format and other standard image processing formats by using a bridge to ITK. The RTToolbox supports the full range of radiotherapy evaluation. Tools such as DVH calculation, arithmetic operations on dose distributions and structure relationship analysis are provided as a basis for further calculations. Dose comparison indices such as Conformity Index (CI), Homogeneity Index (HI) and Conformation Number (CN), and biological models including TCP, NTCP, EUD and BED are determined from dose distributions and DVHs. CSSgram
CSS library for Instagram filters
Simply put, CSSgram is a library for editing your images with Instagram-like filters directly using CSS. What we're doing is adding filters to the images, as well as applying color and/or gradient overlays via various blending techniques to mimic filter effects. This means less manual image processing and more fun filter effects on the web! We are using pseudo-elements (i.e. :before and :after) to create the filter effects, so you must apply these filters on a containing element (i.e. not a content-block like <img>. The recommendation is to wrap your images in a <figure> tag. If you use custom naming in your CSS architecture, you can add the .scss files for the provided styles within your project and then @extend the filter effects within your style definitions. Mixins allow for multiple filter arguments to be passed into your classes. This is useful for if you want to add filters in addition to the ones provided (i.e. add a blur).
