This project develops a simple, fast and easy to use Python graph library using NumPy, Scipy and PySparse.

This project is a rewritten of an initial project that I've called GLUE and created in 2005. I'm trying to readapt it for Python 2.7.3 and GCC 4.6.3 The library has to be build as a simple Python extension using >python setup.py install and allows to create different kind of servers, clients or hybryds (clients-servers) over (TCP/UDP) using the Ipv6 Protocol. The architecture of the code is based on brain architecture. Will put an IPv6 adress active available as soon as possible so that you can download pieces of codes. The aim of that coding was to use primary linux commands easily codable and make an object of an IPv6 connection. Moreover, the model is full-state!

This program generates customizable hyper-surfaces (multi-dimensional input and output) and samples data from them to be used further as benchmark for response surface modeling tasks or optimization algorithms.

NeuroKiwi is the application of the Associative Model (AM, previously dubbed AMDroid), being a model storing relational change-detections. The application tries to emulate ground-up knowledge accumulation with limited or no prior knowledge of shapes or patterns.

A proximity forest is a data structure that allows for efficient computation of approximate nearest neighbors of arbitrary data elements in a metric space. See: O'Hara and Draper, "Are You Using the Right Approximate Nearest Neighbor Algorithm?", WACV 2013 (best student paper award). One application of a ProximityForest is given in the following CVPR publication: Stephen O'Hara and Bruce A. PyTensor is a fork of Aesara, a Python library for defining, optimizing, and efficiently evaluating mathematical expressions involving multi-dimensional arrays. PyTensor is based on Theano, which has been powering large-scale computationally intensive scientific investigations since 2007. A hackable, pure-Python codebase. Extensible graph framework is suitable for rapid development of custom operators and symbolic optimizations. Implements an extensible graph transpilation framework that currently provides compilation via C, JAX, and Numba. Based on one of the most widely-used Python tensor libraries: Theano.

pyIRDG is a program written in Python to generate relational datasets in Prolog format. It uses data from the Internet Movie Database in combination with IMDbPY as backend. A graphical user interface written in pyQt allows the user to link multiple entities together as model for the generation process. The big four entities are Title, Person, Company and Character. Many attributes can be chosen for adding to the output .pl file. Three types of constraints on attributes are available to limit the output: an availability constraint, a range constraint and a value constraint. It works with both MySQL and PostgreSQL as database backend.
