Grassroots DiCoM is a C++ library for DICOM medical files. It is accessible from Python, C#, Java and PHP. It supports RAW, JPEG, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, RLE and deflated transfer syntax. It comes with a super fast scanner implementation to quickly scan hundreds of DICOM files. It supports SCU network operations (C-ECHO, C-FIND, C-STORE, C-MOVE). PS 3.3 & 3.6 are distributed as XML files. It also provides PS 3.15 certificates and password based mecanism to anonymize and de-identify DICOM datasets.

ZPLDesigner is a free and easy-to-use software utility that allows you to create, preview and print label based on Zebra Programming Language (ZPL). ZPL commands ZPL Designer can help you to write ZPL code. The left panel provides a list of the main ZPL commands used to design a label. By hovering the mouse pointer over the desired ZPL command, a detailled description will be displayed on the top "Help" panel. Clicking on it will add this command to the ZPL editor. For developers who are interested in WebView2 there is EdgeSharp, an offshoot of Chromely. Chromely is a lightweight alternative to Electron.NET, Electron for .NET/.NET Core developers. Chromely is a .NET/.NET Core HTML5 Chromium desktop framework. It is focused on building apps based on Xilium.CefGlue, CefSharp implementations of embedded Chromium (CEF) without WinForms or WPF, but can be extended to use WinForms or WPF. Chromely uses Windows, Linux and MacOS native GUI API as "thin" chromium hosts. With Chromely you can build Single Page Application (SPA) HTML5 desktop apps with or without Node/npm. ID3.NET is a set of libraries for reading, modifying and writing ID3 and Lyrics3 tags in MP3 audio files. The core library is a portable class library compatible with the .NET Framework 4 and higher, Silverlight 4 and higher, Windows Phone 7.5 and .NET for Metro style apps. It also contains non-portable libraries that provide additional platform-specific support. ID3.NET also provides an extensible metadata discovery framework that can discover specific ID3 frame data (like album art, lyrics, etc.) from various online services such as Amazon, ChartLyrics.com, Discogs and more. ID3.NET has been moved to GitHub. The code in the SourceForge SVN repository has been frozen and all further commits will happen on the GitHub repository.

SmartSlog (Smart Space Ontology) is a software/application development kit (SDK or ADK) for programming Smart-M3 agents (Knowledge Processors, KPs) that consume/produce smart space content according with its high-level ontological representation.
