A tool to draw various charts from textual descriptions. Currently, three types of charts are supported: Message Sequence Charts, generic Graphs, and Block Diagrams, with more to be added in the future. There is a command-line version for Linux and Mac (replacing mscgen), which now sports a GUI, as well. Msc-generator allows fine control over the appearance and has a rich feature set complete with detailed documentation. On Windows, you can embed the charts in a document or presentation and simply double-click it in Office to edit them. On Linux and the Mac, a command-line version is available, and a GUI, as well. A .deb package is available starting from Debian Bookworm (currently testing) and Ubuntu Jammy Jellyfish (22.04) from the official repositories. For older releases see the Wiki. A Mac homebrew package is available. -

Eagle Mode is a zoomable user interface (ZUI) with file manager, file viewers, games, and more. This project is about a futuristic style of human-computer interaction, where the user can visit almost everything simply by zooming in. It features a portable C++ toolkit API for developing such ZUIs, and it features the Eagle Mode application, which provides a virtual cosmos with plugin applications. The most important one is the professional file manager with its rich, scriptable command set. It integrates file viewers for most of the common file types, as well as an audio and video player. Furthermore, the virtual cosmos contains a chess game, a netwalk game, a 3D minesweeper game, a multi-function clock, a stock watchlist, some fractals, and a Linux kernel configurator in form of a kernel patch. -

tqdm is a fast, extensible progress bar for Python and CLI that enables you to see the progress of your loops in a clear and smart way. Simply wrap any iterable with tqdm(iterable), and sit back and watch that progress meter go! tqdm can be wrapped around any iterable, or executed as a module with pipes. Just by inserting tqdm (or python -m tqdm) between pipes will pass through all stdin to stdout while printing progress to stderr. tqdm does not require any dependencies, has a very low overhead and uses smart algorithms to predict the remaining time and skip unnecessary iteration displays. It works on just about any platform, console or in a GUI, as well as IPython/Jupyter notebooks. -

ACME is a free cross assembler released under the GNU GPL. It can produce code for the following processors: 6502, 6510 (including illegal opcodes), 65c02 and 65816. ACME supports the standard assembler stuff like global/local/anonymous labels, offset assembly, conditional assembly and looping assembly. It can include other source files as well as binaries while assembling. Calculations can be done in integer or float mode. Oh, and it is fast. -
