PlantUml Dependency allows to parse / reverse engineering source files (only Java is supported by now) to generate a PlantUml description, allowing to draw the UML class diagram associated to the source code.

Umple is technology for Model-Oriented Programming. It adds abstractions such as UML associations, attributes, and state machines to object-oriented programming languages such as Java, C++, PHP and Ruby. A developer can use Umple in one of several ways. They can start with a pure model, containing only classes, associations, attributes and state machines, and then gradually add methods in one of the base languages to the Umple code base. SeaMonster is a security modeling tool for threat models. It supports notations that security experts and analyzers are already familiar with, namely attack trees and misuse cases, and can connect to a repository for model sharing and reuse.

GUAJE stands for Generating Understandable and Accurate fuzzy models in a Java Environment. Thus, it is a free software tool (licensed under GPL-v3) with the aim of supporting the design of interpretable and accurate fuzzy systems by means of combining several preexisting open source tools, taking profit from the main advantages of all of them. It is a user-friendly portable tool designed and developed in order to make easier knowledge extraction and representation for fuzzy systems, paying special attention to interpretability issues. GUAJE lets the user define expert variables and rules, but also provide supervised and fully automatic learning capabilities. Both types of knowledge, expert and induced, are integrated under the expert supervision, ensuring interpretability, simplicity and consistency of the knowledge base along the whole process.
