Commit [r103] Maximize Restore History

+ New sample heightmap.

+ Added option to cap3d and plasma to change the "fractal sharpen" value.
+ Added option to cap3d and hm2bmp to set a "sea level" (i.e. min height).
* Fixed palette selection in cap3d (char case!).
+ Added a few missing error messages to cap3d.
